TERMS OF USE / DEVELOPER AGREEMENT
A second look.
Not a sign-off.
Practical terms for using the DiffHaven contract review workspace.
Purpose and status
DiffHaven provides browser-local tooling for inspecting and reviewing structural changes between OpenAPI JSON documents. Workspace features are available for developer evaluation without requiring accounts, upfront commitments, or invasive telemetry.
Keep your own review
Findings, severity labels and suggested tests are guidance, not a guarantee of correctness, security or compatibility. Unsupported features can hide important changes. You remain responsible for validating your specifications, running tests, checking actual consumer impact and deciding whether to release.
“No findings” must not be treated as a release approval. Suggested test checkboxes do not execute tests. Explanations and suggested tests come from deterministic rules, not an AI service.
Use documents you may inspect
Only open documents you are authorized to use. Do not use the tool to infringe rights or expose confidential information. Your inputs are processed locally, but downloaded reports can contain sensitive source evidence; you control how those files are stored and shared.
No warranty or service promise
The software is provided as available, with ongoing refinement of rule coverage and edge cases. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of fitness, completeness or uninterrupted availability is offered. These notes do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Product evolution
Features and coverage may change. The product direction is better deterministic checks and clearer local reviews, with no in-product AI integration planned. Development-assistance plans are not product features or delivery commitments. Read the current coverage notes and privacy notes before relying on the tool.
